I think gimp is the perfect tool for budgeted people, beginners and for the people in advanced editing.
The developer of gimp added really advance features in their software and if you will get used to it then you will never want to use any other software. Gimp is the best free image editing software which offers you advance picture editing like Photoshop, but we can’t say it’s an alternative to Photoshop because we all know every premium software offers extra tools as compare to free software.
